Beddinghouse x Van Gogh Museum Blossoming duvet cover - Green

Bedding House is proud to be the official partner of the Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam. The unique collaboration between the Van Gogh Museum and Bedding House results in a very special bed linen collection. Each design is inspired by one of Vincent van Gogh's paintings. This design is based on the painting, "Almond Blossom". Vincent painted one of his favorite subjects as a gift: large, blooming branches against a blue sky. He painted it on the occasion of the birth of his godson, who was also named after him, Vincent Willem. As a symbol of young life, Vincent chose the branches of the almond tree, one of the earliest blooming trees, which announces spring as early as February. With the subject, the sharp outlines and the placement of the tree in the picture plane, Van Gogh was inspired by Japanese print art. This duvet cover consists of a different color composition with the famous almond blossom branches as an eye-catcher on a green canvas print background. The duvet cover is made of 100% cotton sateen, 220 TC with a solid green back. Thanks to the sateen weave, the fabric feels wonderfully soft and gives a chic shine. The duvet cover has a double tucking strip across the entire width on both sides. The total length of the duvet cover is 260 cm. This is extra long so that the duvet cover can easily be tucked under the mattress and cold feet are prevented. The cover can be washed up to 60 degrees, is suitable for the dryer and can be ironed.
