Jouw rol

Als IT Medewerker Werkplekbeheer & Servicedesk ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT- en werkplek gerelateerde vragen en meldingen binnen Bedding House. Je zorgt dat collega’s snel en goed geholpen worden, zodat zij zich kunnen focussen op hun werk. Het serverbeheer en de infrastructuur zijn belegd bij onze externe IT-partner, die jou ondersteunt als tweede en derde lijn.  

 

Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van de IT-afdeling en schakelt regelmatig met onze externe partij voor complexere vraagstukken of escalaties. Je assisteert tevens de collega’s van functioneel beheer, zo leer je ook alle applicaties kennen die we bij Bedding House gebruiken. 

 

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle IT-gerelateerde meldingen en vragen van collega’s, zowel over hardware, software als randapparatuur.
  • Je registreert, prioriteert en lost incidenten op via ons ticketsysteem. Kun je het niet zelf oplossen? Dan schakel je tijdig door naar de externe IT-partner (2e en 3e lijn).
  • Je installeert en configureert werkplekken, laptops, telefoons en randapparatuur voor nieuwe en bestaande collega’s. Je zorgt dat alles op de eerste werkdag piekfijn in orde is!
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt ons MDM-systeem (Mobile Device Management) voor een gestructureerd en veilig apparaatbeheer.
  • Je voert proactief updates en patches uit op werkplekken en houdt de software up-to-date in samenwerking met de externe partner.
  • Je bent je bewust van het belang van security en signaleert risico’s tijdig, ook op werkplekniveau.
  • Je ondersteunt bij onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers: accounts aanmaken, rechten instellen en werkplek gereedmaken.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen en IT-dienstverlening en draagt bij aan IT-projecten waar jouw kennis van pas komt.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 4 in een IT-richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal twee jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare servicedesk of werkplekbeheer rol.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, benaderbaar en communiceert helder – ook met niet-technische collega’s.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal op goed niveau en communiceert zowel mondeling als schriftelijk moeiteloos en professioneel met collega's en externe partijen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, pakt zaken zelfstandig op en weet wanneer je moet escaleren.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd maar blijft flexibel bij onverwachte storingen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt van een opgeruimde, goed gedocumenteerde IT-omgeving. 

Wat wij je bieden

  • Een contract voor bepaalde tijd met zicht op vast dienstverband
  • Een dienstverband voor 38 uur per week - 1 dag per maand vrij
  • Salaris afhankelijk van werkervaring, deze functie is ingedeeld in schaal 7 van de MITT CAO
  • Standplaats is Lisse – je helpt onze collega’s op kantoor, dus het uitgangspunt is dat je fysiek aanwezig bent
  • Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden: goede pensioenregeling, 25 vakantiedagen en gezellige bedrijfsactiviteiten
  • Een goede nachtrust is belangrijk – Bedding House producten met een leuke korting!
