We are Bedding House, located in the heart of the Bulb Region in Lisse.

Twice a year we launch a new collection, and we are proud of our in-house approach. We do almost everything ourselves, from designing patterns and photographing products to compiling collection books and other marketing expressions. Data and process analyst

We are looking for a Marketer

Location : Lisse

Hours per week : 38 hours (full-time)

As a marketer at Bedding House you are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness of our brands and support our sales and organizational goals. You work closely with the marketing team and other departments to realize effective and innovative marketing activities.

In addition, you will be involved in strengthening our positioning in both the B2B and B2C markets. This includes expanding our market strategies for our brands, developing branding initiatives and increasing our online presence.

The department

The department consists of 11 ladies, including 1 manager and a team lead.
Other colleagues in this team consist of Marketeers, the graphics team, a stylist and a marketing employee.
This team works very hard and there is also room for fun and nice outings outside of work. Working together is very important to this team.
We help each other and like to brainstorm where necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement of our brands.
  • Analyze market, competitive and customer data to identify strategic opportunities and emerging trends, and translate these insights into actionable initiatives for long-term growth.
  • Setting up and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, such as social media, email marketing, advertisements and events, on creative and innovative concepts to strengthen the brand experience
  • Contribute to creative marketing campaigns and develop innovative concepts to enhance brand experience in both online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, advertising and events
  • Creating engaging and targeted content for various marketing channels, in line with the brand strategy.
  • Coordinating the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, packaging, POS, photography and content for digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns, including measuring KPIs and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals and ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensuring efficient use of resources, with a focus on returns and cost optimization.

What do we expect from you:

  • At least a completed higher professional education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a similar field.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English and preferably also in German.
  • Ability to work independently and at the same time collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in setting up, expanding and maintaining (new) brands and customer relationships
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in B2B and experience in B2C is a plus.
  • Experience with using marketing tools and software (such as Google Analytics) and digital marketing strategies (such as SEO, SEA and social media) is a plus.

Responsibilities

What will you do as a Styling intern?
As a Styling intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and activities that are essential to our visual presentation and brand experience. You will do this by observing and working with our experienced stylist.


Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the styling of beds with our various bedding collections, taking into account the branding of each brand.
  • Assist in dressing sets for photography, working with the stylist to create the perfect atmosphere and look.
  • Assisting in setting up and adjusting our showroom, so that it always has an inspiring and representative appearance.
  • Supporting the creative construction of our exhibition stands, both at home and abroad, where you are involved in the entire implementation from preparation (collecting everything) to any possible construction at a trade fair.
  • Collecting all samples, necessary supplies, rearranging the archive, and ironing bed linen are a large part of the work.
  • Creating, creating and posting Instagram posts, in collaboration with the stylist.
