We are Bedding House, located in the heart of the Bulb Region in Lisse.

As soon as you enter our office in the morning, you are welcomed by our colorful collection in the showroom. With our designs of bed and bath textiles, we strive to offer our customers a sense of luxury and make the bedroom an important part of the living pleasure.

Twice a year we launch a new collection, and we are proud of our in-house approach. We do almost everything ourselves, from designing patterns and photographing products to compiling collection books and other marketing expressions. We are committed to completely unburdening our customers. Our brand portfolio consists of well-known names such as Beddinghouse and Beddinghouse Dutch Design, as well as licensed brands such as MOOOI, Rivièra Maison, PIP Studio and vtwonen. In the coming years, our focus will be on sustainability, innovation, talent development and international growth.

Ben jij een ervaren Product Developer of Product Manager met affiniteit voor ontwerp én een sterk technisch inzicht? Houd je van afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid én samenwerken met een creatief team? Dan is dit jouw kans om bij te dragen aan onze bedtextielcollecties!

 

Als (Senior) Product Developer ben jij de spil in het productieproces voor onze private label en reguliere collecties. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Inkoop en onze designers en zorgt dat je over alle juiste informatie en samples beschikt om nieuwe artikelen succesvol te ontwikkelen. Je begeleidt het volledige traject van eerste idee tot goedgekeurd sample, en draagt zorg voor de vertaalslag van design naar technisch realiseerbaar product.

Samen met onze designers zorg jij voor de totstandkoming van sterke, stijlvolle en kwalitatieve collecties. Klaar om impact te maken?

 

Afdeling:

Een hecht Product & Design team van 15 professionals, waarin hard gewerkt én gelachen wordt. Ze vinden het belangrijk om samen te lunchen en hun verhalen met elkaar te delen en de beste ontwerpen voor onze merken te creëren. 

 

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden van het productontwikkelingsproces van concept tot productie gereed sample
  • Opstellen van style sheets, maatvoering tabellen (sizespecs) en duidelijke instructies voor fabrikanten
  • Voorbereiden en bewerken van prints tot productieklare bestanden, inclusief kleurcorrectie en rapport maken
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en begeleiden van leveranciers bij verbeteringen
  • Plannen en bewaken van sampletrajecten in nauwe samenwerking met je leveranciers (extern)en private label coördinator(intern)
  • Actieve probleemoplossing bij sample en productie-issues
  • Verwerken van product data in Excel en planningstool
  • Aansturing voor product fotografie naar ons retouche team

Functie-eisen:

  • Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring als product developer of productmanager, bij voorkeur in textiel of fashion
  • Affiniteit met design en ervaring met Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal
  • Sterke vaardigheden in Microsoft Excel
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk
  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het begeleiden van productieprocessen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en flexibel in je aanpak
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en teamspirit
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Duits is een pre.
  • Ervaring met het klaarzetten van prints voor productie is een pre
  • Management/ teamlead vaardigheden is een pre

Bij Bedding House zoeken we een creatieve kracht die ons Studio Team komt versterken met ontwerpen die rust, warmte en karakter ademen — precies zoals het landelijke handschrift dat van onze collecties een thuis maakt.

 

Afdeling:

Een hecht Product & Design team van 15 professionals, waarin hard gewerkt én gelachen wordt. Ze vinden het belangrijk om samen te lunchen en hun verhalen met elkaar te delen en de beste ontwerpen voor onze merken te creëren. 

 

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ontwerpt dessins die passen in een landelijke en eigentijdse sfeer.
  • Je denkt conceptueel, hebt gevoel voor mode, kleur en het moment van nu.
  • Je volgt het samplingproces van begin tot eind op de voet.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met inkoop en productieteams in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Je stuurt de richting aan voor product- en conceptfotografie.
  • Je rapporteert direct aan onze Studio Manager.
  • En o ja… je brengt ideeën tot leven die straks in slaapkamers door héél Europa liggen.

 

Functie -eisen:

  • Afgestudeerd in textiel-, mode- of dessinontwerp (HBO-niveau).
  • Ervaren (of gewoon heel goed!) in het ontwerpen van textiel met een landelijke signatuur.
  • Op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends in fashion & interieur.
  • Vlot met Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Commercieel ingesteld met een flinke dosis doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Gestructureerd, zelfstandig én een fijne teamspeler.
  • Een goede communicator in Nederlands én Engels.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs (handig voor een tripje naar een fotoshootlocatie of klant).
  • Woonachtig in een straal van 40 km rondom Lisse

We are looking for a Marketer

Location : Lisse

Hours per week : 38 hours (full-time)

As a marketer at Bedding House, you are part of the marketing team and you perform various marketing activities to increase brand awareness of our brands (own brands and license brands) and to realize our marketing and business goals. You contribute to the conception and execution of creative campaigns, the creation of content, the analysis of marketing results, the creation of marketing expressions such as brochures, POS, packaging, content and photography. In addition, you help to strengthen our online and offline presence and contribute to the further growth of our brands in both the B2B and B2C market.

  • Responsible for creating and developing both offline content (such as brochures, POS materials, packaging, photography and print) and online content (such as social media posts, email marketing, web content and digital advertisements) to optimally present our brands and support sales.
  • Responsible for marketing and communication for brands and clients within the portfolio, to optimally present our brands and support sales.
  • Contribute to the execution and optimization of marketing and brand strategies within the portfolio, in order to increase brand awareness and customer engagement of our brands.
  • Supporting customers in the sales and presentation of our brands by developing targeted marketing activities and promotional materials that meet their needs and market demand.
  • Analyze market, competitor and customer data to identify trends and opportunities and translate these insights into practical marketing actions to support growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing goals and strengthen brand consistency.

Job requirements:

  • At least a completed higher professional education in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a similar field.
  • 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Dutch and English and preferably also in German.
  • Ability to work independently and at the same time collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in setting up, expanding and maintaining (new) brands and customer relationships.
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in B2B and experience in B2C is a plus.
