Duvet cover Blossoming by Beddinghouse x Van Gogh Museum is based on the"Almond Blossom" painting. Large, flowering branches against a clear blue sky - the almond blossom was one of Vincent's favorite subjects. He created the painting in honor of the birth of his godson, who is named after him. These early flowering trees announce the arrival of spring and symbolize young life with their branches. Van Gogh was inspired by Japanese printmaking, which is visible in the sharp contours and composition of the tree in the painting. In the Blossoming duvet cover, a timeless sand-colored background with a canvas print was chosen instead of the traditional blue sky. The back of the duvet cover has a solid sand colour.High Quality The duvet cover is made of 100% cotton satin, 220 TC. The total length of the duvet cover is 260 cm. This is extra long so the duvet cover can easily be tucked under the mattress to prevent cold feet. The duvet cover can be washed up to 60 degrees, is suitable for the tumble dryer and can be ironed.
