We love to see how you transform your bedroom into a true sleeping palace with new bed linen from Beddinghouse! We love it so much that we want to share it with others. When you post a photo with #mybeddinghousestory in the accompanying text, we would like to receive your permission to publish your content. With this permission, you declare the following:

• You are the sole owner/right holder of the content where you have placed #mybeddinghousestory, or tagged us by placing @beddinghouse_official;
• You grant us, Beddinghouse BV., a non-exclusive commercial right to use and reproduce the content via our services or third-party services for commercial purposes. There are no restrictions or limitations attached to this;
• You waive any claims to royalties with respect to your content or derivative works thereof.

Beddinghouse will mention you as the creator and link to your content or account when possible, but is not obligated to do so. This is also not a condition for using your content.

If you would rather not do this, we understand. You do not need to take any further action and we will not use your work. Has your photo been used anyway? Please send an email to stories@beddinghouse.com. We will then remove your photo as soon as possible.

Competitions via Social Media with third parties

We regularly set up competitions with influencers or media companies. The winner is determined by them. The choice is made strictly at random and no separate correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified personally. The personal data of the winner will only be used for sending the won items. We store this information until the campaign has ended and three months thereafter. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Competitions by Beddinghouse

By participating, the participant gives Beddinghouse permission to collect and process the necessary personal data in the context of the campaign and to inform the prize winner. We store this information until the campaign has ended and three months thereafter. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the GDPR.

Beddinghouse is not liable for damages resulting from or related to participation in the prize draw. Winners are selected completely randomly by drawing lots or based on the result, depending on the prize draw. If the following items are found, we will exclude you from participation:

• If you are participating on behalf of a company.
• If you provide incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
• If you commit or attempt to commit fraud in any other way.
• If you do not comply with the promotion conditions.
• If your behavior gives reason to do so.

The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. No further correspondence is required about the outcome. Beddinghouse is not liable for loss, damage or theft of the prize.
